According to the current European legislation, the responsibility for the products for sale lies with the trader, which means that the products purchased by the consumer are covered by a two (2) year legal guarantee, therefore the consumer has the right within two years in case considers that a product is defective in returning it to the trader and he takes the appropriate action.

You can return the defective product to our company at your own expense. We will examine the returned product in detail and will inform you in time if it is defective or not. In any case, if the product proves to be defective, the customer is entitled to a refund, replacement, free repair and cancellation of the order as well as the return of the shipping costs incurred.

You replace a defective product with the same product without any shipping costs.

Product that after inspection proves to be not defective, is returned to the customer who bears the shipping cost.

Due to the fact that most of our goods are handmade which means that there may be a slight deviation in their dimensions, this does not make such a product defective therefore we will not accept its return.

According to the current provisions, in case you trade as a consumer, you can at any time within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order request to replace part or all of it, as well as a refund, as long as the following are met: 

  • no labels and product tab have been removed
  • not to have been used in any way
  • do not damage the product packaging

If the products to be returned do not meet the above, you are not entitled to a refund as well as any product replacement.

We will refund your money as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days from the day you notified us of the withdrawal. The refund will be made by the same method as the payment. 

In case of withdrawal, the transport cost is borne by the consumer.
